10/12 update - 10am
Delicately beautiful - this is how I can describe how our Julia is doing this week. Delicate in the sense that she’s a little weak in her walk and fragile to hold, but shines beautiful in her personality & cute smiles. The medication break is exactly what she needed to rebuild strength.
This week we are in week 4 out of 9. We are heading over to the clinic for blood tests to show how Julia's blood is recouping, and if she needs any blood products. She will get one prophylactic medicine infusion, and restart her oral chemo tonight.
Would you join us in praying for Julia this week, to have a calm/smooth port access and de-access, for good blood flow, and CBC to come back with good trending numbers reflecting her bone marrow is working properly again. For Julia to continue to get physically stronger, in preparation for her 3rd high dose chemo next week. Continued wisdom and patience for her care team.
Thank you family for your love and prayers. I know just as we are going through this trial, you too might be walking through your own afflictions/challenges, and you selflessly continue to care for juju’s updates. You are walking in spirit with us and keeping our sunshine in your prayers, thank you. It’s my prayer for you that God meets your needs, that He blesses you in a special way, and shows you that He is so present and delights in you. He never misses a detail of our lives. Nothing can escape His presence, we find comfort in knowing He never leaves us nor forsakes us. He is the one who gives us beauty for ashes. May our faith & trust in Him be much greater than any of the fear that can try to invade our minds.
Our hope is in the Lord!
“I look up to the mountains— does my help come from there? My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth! He will not let you stumble; the one who watches over you will not slumber. Indeed, he who watches over Israel never slumbers or sleeps. The Lord himself watches over you! The Lord stands beside you as your protective shade. The sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon at night. The Lord keeps you from all harm and watches over your life. The Lord keeps watch over you as you come and go, both now and forever.”
Psalms 121:1-8 NLT
Above scripture Psalm 121, you can memorize entirely with this beautiful scripture song by Sherri Youngward ❤️during times such as this we need to remember who He is! Eyes on our King…enjoy.

What a sweet, adorable, and precious picture of little Juju. She definitely is a radiant sunshine☀️
Praising God for this time of rest for little Juju and for upcoming treatment.
May the Lord meet all of little Juju’s needs and build her immune system and give her strength through it all.
May the Lord bring complete healing to her body. Praying for the care team for wisdom, patience, and empathy.
